Fix search maintainers codeowners

What does this MR do and why?

Codeowners was added in !116439 (merged) but I realized it wasn't working.

This MR fixes an issue with directory paths in the file + I added the group to the appropriate project

How to set up and validate locally

I tested it by committing files which should have requested search team approval and it worked
