What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds vulnerability age information to the policy drawer. It depends on Add age filter for scan result policies (!122638 - merged).

How to set up and validate locally

1. Ensure the GitLab Ultimate license is enabled
2. Navigate to a project/group => Security & Compliance => Policies => New policy => Scan result policy
3. Choose Security Scan
4. Add Status, select Previously existing and any/all statuses
5. Add Age, select any values
6. Configure with a merge request & Merge
7. Go to the list of policies and click on the new policy
8. Verify the age information in the drawer
