Log MR merge_status on merge error

What does this MR do and why?

To help in testing a theory in investigating https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/dev-sub-department/section-dev-request-for-help/-/issues/98#note_1421036837, this adds the merge_status to the log message on error.

The message can look like this:

MergeService ERROR: root/merge-error!1:cannot_be_merged - Merge request is not mergeable
