What does this MR do and why?

During testing of merged code we realized that validation for Scan Execution Policies is not working as expected, we need to revert this change and revisit this issue to make sure all policy types can be managed.

Milestone info

  • I am reverting something in the current milestone. No changelog is needed, and I've added a ~"regression:*" label.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Create new project
  2. Try to create new policy (either types)
  3. It will fail with validation error
