What does this MR do and why?

This is the First MR of a series of MR to handle Implement two column layout in work item detail... (#415077 - closed) to refactor the Work item attributes in a single wrapper for further restructuring. This is not behind any FF.

Screenshots or screen recordings

No Visual changes in work items. All the attributes of any work item be it Tasks/Objectives/Key Results will have all the valid attributes that exist on prod till now.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Visit any work item , Key Result/Objective/Task
  2. See that you have all the attributes -> Status, Iteration, Milestone, Due dates etc in all work items -->
