Fix draft function in tabs other than overview

Fixes an issue where the draft function doesn't work in other tabs than «Overview».

How to set up and validate locally
- Open an MR (e.g. http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/merge_requests/3)
- Switch to another tab than Overview (e.g. http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/merge_requests/3/commits)
- Click on the more dropdown in the header and click on «Mark as draft»
