Converts HangoutsChat integration to use DSL fields as a par of the &7652.

How to set up and validate locally

No functional changes. Open the integration form and compare before/after, everything should still look the same.

  1. Go to the Settings/Integrations page
  2. Activate the HangoutsChat integration on the group / project level with custom settings.
  3. Try to use Default settings on the project level
  4. Validate that integration works correctly
