Update links to Unit test reports documentation page

What does this MR do and why?

Initial cleanup of testing docs (!88900 - merged) moved the documentation page for Unit test reports, this updates the links in the application to reflect that.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Run a pipeline that doesn't have tests
2. Within the pipeline view, click on the Tests tab
3. Click the Learn how to upload pipeline test reports button
