This MR fixes a bug where the work item emoji list are not visible when editing a comment

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  1. In rails console enable the :work_items_mvc_2 
    Feature.enable(:work_items_mvc_2)
  2. Visit any work item and write any comment.
  3. Now click on the smiley icon and award an emoji to the comment
  4. Now edit the comment
  5. See that you are able to see the awards still
