Update new left side navigation advanced search
What does this MR do and why?
This is a followup MR. That solves the search page navigation on small screens. The original issue also mantions this change to be for new navigation but there were never any mockups or details mentioned. After implementing @mfluharty suggestion The filter button now works for both the new and old navigation style.
