What does this MR do and why?

The status badge and branch elements on the MRs header were not aligned to the text alignside.

This MR fixes that 🙂

How to set up and validate locally

  • In your gdk rails console, run: Feature.enable(:moved_mr_sidebar)
  • Go to ant MR page and make sure the elements are aligned 🙂
