Improve logging for some of SSF sync services

What does this MR do and why?

As we often find ourselves in a case when logs are not informative enough, we need to log a backtrace of the exceptions. This MR adds exception logging for Blob sync service and Container Repository sync service, the ones where we need it the most. Repository sync failures are usually informative enough.
