chore: Update wording around unknown analyzer severities

What does this MR do and why?

Update wording in analyzer severity page to better reflect that some analyzers rely off native severities but not all. There's some truth to the majority of analyzers by count but the majority of findings and coverage is provided by a few consolidated ones, like semgrep.
