What does this MR do and why?
This is a follow-up from a previous MR in which it was suggested to emit an array, instead of single IDs when vulnerabilities get updated via the selection-summary area.

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to a project's vulnerability report
- Select multiple vulnerabilities and then change their status via the selection-summary
- Verify that after the successful state change, the previously selected checkboxes get reset to be unselected
