Update README.md - remove incorrect vulnerabilities group reference

What does this MR do?

Remove reference to unsupport groups API that got missed with the merge of the initial implementation of the Vulnerabilities API. This implementation will eventually be handled with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/11570
