Migrate to pajamas button in projects_templates/_template.html.html
What does this MR do and why?
As a part of pajamas migration day. Closes Migrate to Pajamas compliant buttons in app/vie... (#417841 - closed).
This MR only changes the "Preview" button and not "Use template" since that uses label and as mentioned in migration guide

How to set up and validate locally

Click on New Project/Repository from the top left "+" icon in left navbar

Click on "Create from template" in the landing page

See the list of buttons in the project templates list

See that the "Preview" button works the same way that it should
