Update gitlab-pages

Main changes:

  • Update logrus dependency
  • Update Contribution Guidelines for Wider Community
  • Update module github.com/gorilla/handlers to v1.5.1
  • Resolve "Gracefully handle missing Content-Length Header from API"
  • Set ConfigurableRoot to default enabled
