Update security policies file structure
What does this MR do and why?
Update security policies file structure
- remove "policy" from many file names
- update file structure for policies list, policy drawer, and general components section
- remove unused files
What does this MR not do and why?
- update file structure for policy editor because it made the MR too large and it had too many merge conflicts because it is actively being developed on
- policy drawer is as also being actively worked on, but not as much, so I went for it
Screenshots or screen recordings
Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.
