Fix Microsoft Azure integration enablement for SaaS

What does this MR do and why?

There was a bug in the enable checks which could cause the feature on SaaS to be seen as disabled/not available. This change ensures the correct context uses the correct conditional statement (GroupSaml for SaaS and regular Saml for self-managed).
