Fix docs for compliance framework on scheduled pipelines

What does this MR do and why?

We are currently evaluating the Compliance Framework pipelines for our projects and were wondering how we can create schedules for all of our projects. The docs seem to suggest that this should be possible at group level, but this is not the case. We are now setting up our schedules using the API, but the docs should be corrected.
