Conditionally switches between sorting methods for project and namespace type enforcements.

How to set up and validate locally

Open Storage Usage Quotas (http://localhost:3000/groups/gitlab-org/-/usage_quotas#storage-quota-tab) under

  • SM (GITLAB_SIMULATE_SAAS=0)
  • SaaS with Project and Namespace limits (easiest would be to adjust them here)
