Fix documentation for Auto License Compliance

What does this MR do and why?

There is a discrepancy between the documentation and the current state of AutoDevOps template.

With this MR that removed License-Scanning template, we updated the documentation for AutoDevOps. But when this change was rolled back, documentation stayed the same.

So right now, according to the documentation, Auto License Scanning is removed, which is not true.

We need to fix it because it results in user confusion.
