Fix secret detection remote ruleset variable suggestion

What does this MR do and why?

Secret detection jobs can load a remote ruleset defined with the SECRET_DETECTION_RULESET_GIT_REFERENCE CI variable. This can also be done in a security policy. But I noticed that the suggested variable doesn't match the documentation.
