Re-raise exceptions that are being silently rescued in db:gitlabcom-database-testing job.

Silently rescuing exceptions is not making db:gitlabcom-database-testing job to fail properly. This can cause problems to be overlooked during reviews.

db:gitlabcom-database-testing must fail, in case an exception is raised.
