Upgrade invisible_captcha from v2.0.0 to v2.1.0

What does this MR do and why?

This MR upgrades invisible_captcha gem from v2.0.0 to v2.1.0 as part of Audit Anti-abuse related gems for Ruby 3.1/3.2 (#422357 - closed).

Changes introduced from v2.0.0 to v2.1.0:

  • Drop official support for EOL Rubies: 2.5 and 2.6
  • Allow random honeypots to be scoped
  • RubyGems.org diff

Why?

v2.1.0 is tested against Ruby 3.1 and 3.2 while v2.0.0 is only tested against <= Ruby 3.1.
