Add troubleshooting for ad blockers
What does this MR do and why?
This add-on is to help give a quick and simple fix to users who are having a similar issue that could be the result of their AD blocker. This is not something we can always replicate on our end. Therefore, It may cause frustration when the solution is really very simple. Example ticket here

How to set up and validate locally
Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
- I replicated this with a bit of luck. I have Firefox and user Adblocker Ultimate which is a popular extension.
- I then impersonated the customer using Admin. I was able to see the same error.
- After disabling the Adblocker I was able to see the page and the error was resolved.
