What does this MR do and why?

Since the current version of integrations development guidelines has been outdated, we're updating it with several smaller changes.

Relates to #366476 (closed)

We're focusing on updating from integrations to import-and-integrate, using DSL fields for definition, updating type default and allowed values, etc.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Checkout the branch
  2. Visit the existing guidelines https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/integrations/index.htm
  3. Check the new one http://gdk.test:3000/help/development/integrations/index.md
  4. Validate the changes
