Add URL to a linking subscription demo

What does this MR do and why?

As part of the UI updates to SaaS subscription card display (in this issue, relevant MR), we've removed reference to a demo that recorded in old UI days.

As updated UI became available on production, I've re-recorded the demo video using new UI. This MR aims to include a YouTube URL to the relevant Docs section.
