Update reference for Operational Container Scanning cron syntax
What does this MR do and why?
A customer reported that the link to the cron syntax in the operational container scanning documentation is incorrect as the first field represents Seconds
when OCS processes it as Minutes
.
For context, OCS uses v3 of the https://github.com/robfig/cron library which adopts the standard cron parsing.
From the library's readme:
... The new default parser conforms to the standard as described by the Cron wikipedia page.
This MR updates the link to the cron syntax to the Cron wikipedia page which is what the cron library OCS uses reference.
