Fix merge request JSON payload

This PR fixes the JSON payload for merge requests in the Webhook events documentation. Two minor changes were made to the current documentation:

  • Add a missing comma after the draft object
  • Remove an extra comma after the last_edited_by_id object

I don't know if there will be a subject-matter expert in this case, since the changes are small. Please comment below if I am missing anything.
