What does this MR do and why?

I am adding links of @mgenelinatgitlab reading the 'Getting Started with GitLab Application Security' page. The videos, posted on https://www.youtube.com/@GitLabUnfiltered add context and commentary to the documentation text to help folks who want a video over reading documentation on their own. The playlist linked includes hands-on 'how-to' style demos of each of the topics covered on this 'Getting Started with GitLab Application Security' page.
