Add example for Telegram private channel documentation

What does this MR do and why?

As noted in issue #15129 (closed) (now closed), some customers have had trouble configuring Telegram integration with private channels. Specifically, they were using the @ prefix or removing hyphens from channel names, which led to unsuccessful connections.

We are adding an example in case of private channels.
