Rename CI::Trigger helpers

What does this MR do and why?

As per &2504 (closed) (now closed), we were renaming all service_* to integration_*, and this one was missing.

Here we're renaming Ci::TriggersHelper#service_trigger_url to Ci::TriggersHelper#integration_trigger_url. 🎉
