Updated merge checks component to use GraphQL API

What does this MR do and why?

Adds the merge-checks component to the mr_widget_options.vue component to make it visible on merge requests. Also updated the GraphQL query to use the correct GraphQL properties.

Note we are missing failureReason on the API right now.
