Group-level dependencies: Fix wrapping issue

Fixes a small UI issue that occurs when a license name is too long to fit the dropdown and wraps to a second line.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Apply the following patch to mock license data: mock_licenses.patch
  2. Enable the related feature flag echo "Feature.enable(:group_level_dependencies_filtering)" | rails
  3. Navigate to a group and then "Secure" -> "Dependency List"
  4. Filter by license
