Add detailed_import_status to Project in GraphQL

What does this MR do and why?

Add detailed_import_status to Project in GraphQL

Currently the GraphQL API only contains a importStatus field which returns a string of "finished" for example.
This alone is not really helpful because you can't access the timestamps of the import state.
