Cascade auto_canceled_by_partition_id to canceled jobs
What does this MR do and why?
This value will be used to update the foreign key between ci_pipelines
and p_ci_builds
after ci_pipelines
will be partitioned and its primary key will be composed:
"fk_a2141b1522" FOREIGN KEY (auto_canceled_by_id) REFERENCES ci_pipelines(id) ON DELETE SET NULL
Will become:
"fk_a2141b1522" FOREIGN KEY (auto_canceled_by_id, auto_canceled_by_partition_id) REFERENCES ci_pipelines(id, partition_id) ON DELETE SET NULL
