Update ai_access_token ignore rule dates

What does this MR do and why?

Stan suggested to postpone removal of the column, to keep it few more releases after we introduced the ignore rule.

I adjusted all the related issue descriptions and milestones accordingly, we just need to update the ignore rule metadata in the code.
