Add type of work charts to storybook

What does this MR do and why?

This MR:

• Adds stories for the Tasks By Type chart
  • Adds separate stories the chart component and the filter component
• Minor rename the the chart and filter components
• Disables the @gitlab/require-i18n-strings for the whole constants file instead of line by line
