What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds instrumentation for redis-client via the middleware interface.

This MR targets !135185 (merged) to keep the MRs well-scoped. It contributes to the Sidekiq upgrade efforts detailed in gitlab-com/gl-infra/scalability#2564 (closed).
