User profile settings: Rename Twitter to X
What does this MR do and why?
It renames 'Twitter' to 'X (formerly Twitter) in the user profile settings. It also clarifies that Twitter is now named X in various docs related to user settings.
This is done because Twitter is now named X.
Solution for issue #428454 (closed).
