Fix flaky integration_list_spec.rb

What does this MR do and why?

This MR fixes the flaky integration_list_spec.rb spec.

In gitlab-org/release/tasks#7096 (closed) the spec failed because of an ordering issue, but I don't think the order is important because the data is just bulk inserted in one go.
