This MR removes CheckDeniedPoliciesService from the MR's mergability check as it was introduced(!34413 (merged) & !88362 (merged)) for License-Check feature which was deprecated
This was identified as a part of an incident: gitlab-com/gl-infra/production#17082 (closed)
