What does this MR do and why?

Your work was not resonating with users. This changes aims to more closely aligns to user mental models.

"your work" section is many times it's not actually their work. They would rather have a top of the house view, if there is a your work view put it somewhere else rather than right when they login to GitLab.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Use the Tanuki logo to go Home
2. Use the Search or go to... button or the keyboard shortcut / or s to open the search modal. There should be an option listed under places to go Home
3. Try it out in the old navigation as well
