What does this MR do and why?

  • Add more detail on how jobs are enqueued
  • The ineritance structure and meta-programming makes this difficult to figure out.
  • Using perma-links means that this documentation may get out of date quickly, but the benefit is that we at least have some record of how it worked at one point in history.
