Add `object_format` field to `project_repositories`

Problem

GitLab will allow to create project with SHA256 repositories. However, we don't have a way to distinguish between SHA1 (default) and SHA256 (new) repository types.

Solution

  • Add a new field to project_repositories table.
  • Set the new value to SHA1 by default
