- Removes link from Ci Icon itself as it's already set on it's parent list item

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to a MR with a pipeline (e.g. http://gdk.test:3000/flightjs/Flight/-/merge_requests/7)
- Click on a pipeline ci icon
- In the dropdown click on a job CI icon
