What does this MR do and why?

Fix the upload file dialog trigger

Clicking on the editor border triggers the file upload dialog

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open any page that has a markdown (plain) text editor
  2. Click on the area between the editor border and text input (the text cursor will be a pointer, and the area is 1-3 pixels wide)
  3. A file upload dialogue should not be popped up
