Unify reply field
What does this MR do and why?
We use different appearances for the reply (placeholder) field throughout our product.
This MR unifies the appearance of the reply field placeholder by:
- Updating the wording to
Reply…by using the unicode character, see guidelines - Updating the font family used to
GitLab Sans
