What does this MR do and why?

Updates the LDAP troubleshooting.md with information about the Authentication failure! invalid_credentials: OAuth2::Error, invalid_grant error.

This was mentioned as a common issue in the ticket https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/475280 As well as https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/278029

When users switch to SAML from LDAP but user's identities for LDAP still exist in the system. This update to the documentation will allow customers to more easily resolve on their own should they run into this issue.
